Eastern Peak Oiginal Block Pinot Noir

This cuvée is sourced from the original 1983 plantings of Pinot Noir (MV6 Clone). It has not been bottled separate since 2015 (previous bottling 2013 & 2010) formerly known as OB Terroir, now simplified to Original Block. Only one barrel has been kept separate, meaning there’s only a mere 22 dozen of this wine produced. A low cropping season with exceptional depth, freshness, red fruits. Organically farmed, all destemmed & fermented in open concrete, indigenous yeasts, basket pressed, 12 months in barrique. Unfined, unfiltered & untinkered.
