July is truffle month at Prince Dining Room, with Executive Chef Dan Cooper serving up indulgent truffle infused dishes throughout the month, celebrating premium truffles from around the country.

Every weekend in July, join us at Prince Dining Room for a limited edition menu, celebrating one of the most sought after winter ingredients.

With truffles from New South Wales, Western Australia, Tasmania and Victoria, indulge with this month long menu. 

The menu:

First 

Wood oven pumpkin bread, truffle butter 

Swordfish belly, buttermilk, nasturtium, black truffle 

Second 

Hand cut tagliatelle, truffle vinaigrette, golden trout roe 

 

Third 

Tasmanian lamb saddle, caramelised nettle, zucchini, truffle sauce  

 

Fourth 

Valrhona dark chocolate mousse, puffed grains, truffle caramel 

 

Vegetarian  

 

First 

Wood oven pumpkin bread, truffle butter

Beetroot cooked in coals, cashew butter, puffed grains, black truffle 

 

Second 

Hand cut tagliatelle, truffle vinaigrette, sea succulents 

 

Third 

Heirloom pumpkin gnocchi, quince honey, macadamia, truffle sauce

 

Fourth 

Valrhona dark chocolate mousse, puffed grains, truffle caramel
