Executive Chef Dan Cooper and his award-winning team have crafted a mouth-watering menu so you can stay away from the kitchen this Christmas Day.Join us at Prince Dining Room for an indulgent three course feast designed in Christmas cheer and dashes of mediterranean quirk.
‘Tis the season to spoil yourself and all your senses. Sharing is caring, so your table will indulge in a decadent spread of Oysters, Crystal bay prawn cocktail rolls, Yellowfin tuna, Wood roasted turkey pie and Summer stone fruit.. Let’s move onto mains, because mains mean business, with your choice of 12 hour slow cooked lamb shoulder or Applewood smoked snapper, served alongside Heirloom tomatoes, Dressed Somerset leaves and Hand cut chips. Finish off, because there’s always room for dessert (especially on Christmas) with a Mango & passionfruit pavlova.
