Gather your nearest and dearest for the feast of the year at Little Prince Wine. We’ve saved the best for last with a menu designed with merrymaking in mind and matching wines.

Our Executive Chef, Dan Cooper and Sommelier, Laurent Rospars have worked closely to design a menu that will tingle all of your senses and get the celebrations flowing.

Start off the evening with Appellation Oysters and glass of Billecart Brut Rosé, followed by Escalope Ocean trout and Yarra Valley caviar with a glass of Golden Ball Chardonnay from Beechworth. We’ll keep the good times rolling with a 300gm dry-aged scotch fillet cooked over coals with hand-cut chips and salad, matched with either a glass of Rockford Basket Press Shiraz from the Barossa or a glass of AER 115 Pinot Noir from Mornington Peninsula. Remember to leave room for the wood oven strawberry Eton mess dessert accompanied by Cannibal Creek Vin De Liqueur from Gippsland completes the occasion.
