As Melbourne springs into the warmer months, Prince Dining Room is exploring the plant kingdom and everything that is local, sustainable and ethical with a Meat Free Monday vegetarian set menu.

The Meat Free Monday “Let It Reign” menu comprises four shared courses sampling a chef’s selection of the daily spoils from our elite producer partners. At $40pp, it’s a delicious way to get summer-ready and lower your carbon footprint.

Given the hyper-seasonal nature of ingredients used in the Meat Free Monday menu, each week diners will gorge on a different selection of produce from the fields, forests and orchards of Victoria.

A selection of vegan-friendly cocktails and vegetarian wines curated by Prince Dining Room’s Sommelier are also available.
