To celebrate our partnership with the City of Port Phillip, join us for an exclusive Long Paddock Cheese Masterclass at Little Prince Wine, where we’ll explore the art of local and sustainable cheese-making. We have also teamed up with Mac Forbes offering a small snapshot of the beauty of the Yarra Valley with a tasting to suit each cheese.

Made in Castlemaine, Long Paddock’s artisanal cheeses are crafted with locally sourced ingredients, inspired by the world’s finest cheese-making traditions.

Led by Gaetan, this masterclass will dive into the process behind these creations with our specially curated local wine pairings.
