EXPRESS LUNCH

Lunch doesn’t always have to be long, join us for a quick lunch in the heart of St Kilda. For those days when you are short on time, Prince Dining Room’s Express Menu is available for lunch each weekend.

Enjoy your selection of Prince Dining Room’s signature dishes including the sea bream tartare, lamb saddle and dark chocolate mousse, every Friday – Sunday.

From 12pm – 3pm, dine from the limited Express Lunch menu and indulge in two courses for $59, or three courses for $69, including a glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage.

The menu:

First 

Sea Bream tartare, cucumber, fig oil, nori
Beetroots cooked in coals, cashew butter, blueberries, grains 

Second 

Swordfish, raisins, pinenuts, pickled onion 

Tasmanian lamb saddle, smoked eggplant, zucchini

Third 

Daily tart, soft cream 

Dark chocolate mousse, salted jersey milk caramel, cocoa crumb
