CHRISTMAS DAY AT PRINCE PUBLIC BAR

Bold flavours and Christmas traditions find their home at Prince Public Bar this year.

The Prince Public Bar team is firing up the wood grill and serving up your favourite Christmas flavours with the special Christmas lunch menu.

Kicking off the flavour affair is your selection of a classic tiger prawn martini, served with bloody mary dressing, or warm white asparagus with herb mousseline. With your stomach suitably primed, move on to the main course with your choice of brined and wood roasted turkey breast with sage and chestnut stuffing, or prime rib roast with bone marrow and parsley baby beet salad.

Ending the meal on a sweet note, you can finish your day with our peach and raspberry melba trifle and pavlova with mango salad and lychee sorbet.
